- Did you get what you were looking for?
- What questions do you have for me?
- What type of product / service are you looking for?
- What do you think of this product/ service?
- What is your preferred mode of payment?
- Did you know that we have new offers?
- Can I call you at XYZ time & day?
- Would you recommend us to your friends and or colleagues?
- You should try this, have you tried it?
By asking your customers these questions , it forms a basis for a sales discussion and it gives you a perfect opportunity to qualify your customer and counter any objections that they may have.
In sales, learn to be smart and upbeat. Do not waste any sales opportunity with a potential buyer. Give your A-game. Remember , you have nothing to loose but so much to gain.
